TECHNOLOGY

SSR Controller for proportional temperature controllersCristal Controls Electronic Relay (SSR) is recommended for use with proportional temperature controllers and other applications where long life and solid state reliability are required. They provide ON-OFF control on any electrical resistance and HID lighting load.

The electronic relay control is suitable for all processes, either long or short-time constants. Consequently, the shorter the cycle time, the better is your control.

Specifications

  • Accept input signal: 24 VAC, 24 VDC, 3-32 VDC (120-1 Volts and 240-1 Volts on request) provides "ON/OFF" or "PULSE" control on any electrical resistance or "ON/OFF" on HID light road.
  • Security factory 2, I.E. 600 Volts surge protected and built for 1200 Volts.
  • From 10 to 750 Amps and a maximum of 600 Volts
  • 1 or 3-phase (on 3 phases application 3 legs cut off is available)
  • Available options:
    • 3 legs power control
    • Semi conductor fuses
    • 120-1 and 240-1 Volt external power supply
  • Mounted on an aluminium heat sink and the electronic components are covered in a thermal epoxy.
  • CSA and C US approved
  • 2-year warranty.

Difference between TRIAC and TRIAC NEMA4
NEMA-4 TRIAC are designed so the heat sink is completely outside the enclosure and all the electronic controls are located inside the enclosure.
