Technology

Cristal Controls’ solid state relay (SSR) is recommended for use with proportional temperature controllers and other applications where long life and solid state reliability are required. They provide ON-OFF control for any electrical resistance or HID lighting load.

The solid state relay control is suitable for all processes, that have either long or short-timed cycles. However, the shorter the cycle time, the better is your control.

Specifications

  • Accepts many input signals: 24 Vac, 3-32 Vdc (120-1 V and 240-1 V on request)
  • Provides ON/OFF or pulse control for any electrical resistance or HID lights
  • Security factor of 2, i.e. 600 V surge protected and built for 1200 V
  • From 10 to 750 A and a maximum of 600 V
  • 1 or 3-phase (on 3-phases applications, 3 legs cut-off is available)
  • Mounted on an aluminium heat sink
  • CSA and C US certified
  • The controller must be mounted in a ventilated area
  • 2-year exclusive warranty
