Technology
The first easy-to-use low voltage lighting control system is now available on the market. Cristal Controls’ new software, with its user friendly interface, runs on Windows® XP-Pro. The user has the opportunity to easily reprogram or modify schedules, to log in for re-lamping, or to rename relays (panel or group).
Applications
After more than ten years of development with the Echelon® technology and the Lonworks® communication system, we are able to provide an easy-to-use low voltage lighting control system which has already been installed in various buildings, with proven results.
Cristal Controls’ lighting control system is a scheduler and an energy management software package for lighting systems. It allows the creation of schedules and the groupings of relays (and of groups).
The configuration of the system lies in the distributed intelligent controllers. To communicate between the computer and the lighting control network, a network interface is necessary. The Lonworks network interface is available with a choice of USB of Ethernet network connectivity.
Saturn also supports a Web interface. Using this Web interface, the entire lighting system can be controlled from a remote location through any computer using a Web browser.
