The Watch Option, ideal partner for safety in retirement homes
We know that the safety of your residents is fundamental. This is why we have developed, at Cristal Controls, the Watch option, specially designed for retirement homes.
The Watch option is part of our energy management system, the LS-2000, which allows the control of all electrical applications of a building. In the case of retirement homes, we have installed an impressive number of systems that program, control, and shed heating loads in apartments. However, we have understood, at Cristal Controls, that the case for retirement homes is particular, and this is why we provide you with the opportunity of combining two systems in one: a load shedding system for your heating applications and a system to ensure the safety of your residents.
Indeed, the Surveillance option allows a person who is in difficulty to send an alarm signal using either a visible button placed on the thermostat or a small portative transmitter worn around the neck. The alarm is sent to the central PC and is redirected to a pager or a cell phone, to provide immediate assistance. Since the same network is used for the thermostats and the Surveillance system, you combine savings and safety, and you bear the installation cost of a unique and completely integrated system.
